RACE AMONG THE TREES | The Cherrylake Farm Races presented by Orlando Health South Lake Hospital will be held on February 1, 2025. It's an exciting time when friends and families enjoy the outdoors, local businesses come out to meet their neighbors, and racers get to experience a unique tree-lined course, featuring a 5k, 10k or duathlon. We value the importance of community and sustainability. Because of this, our goal for Farm Races is much more than providing racers with just a great morning outdoors. In honor of each participant, we will be donating one tree to be planted in our local community. Race proceeds will be allocated to a local non-profit.
THIS YEAR'S FARM RACES SWAG
This year’s race theme celebrates our new mural at the Art Walk in Downtown Clermont, Plan(t) for the Future, painted by Justin Alsedek and commissioned by Cherrylake. The two-panel artwork highlights our mission - to steward the land for future generations.
We’ve designed two shirts, each representing one side of the mural, offering racers a fun surprise and the chance to stand in community to complete the full mural.
The spinning medal features the farm’s topography, bringing us back to the land. It also incorporates vibrant colors from the mural, and each racer will receive a unique ribbon color.
With these playful designs and surprises, we hope to inspire you to delight in the beauty around you as you race through the trees. Don’t forget to visit the mural downtown and explore all the elements representing the ecosystems that make Clermont and Lake County special.
